Moldova and Serbia talk comm tech

BAUMHOLDER, Germany (May 11, 2008) – Moldovan army Lt. Col. Andrei Sorochin, left, delegation chief for Moldova, discusses digital signatures and binary code with Col. Goran Trampic, the delegation chief for Serbia, during Combined Endeavor 2008.  Trampic is attending CE 08 for the first time.  More than 40 nations participate in CE 08 to plan, prepare and practice a full range of communications, equipment, policies and procedures prior to deploying for NATO missions and emerging real world crisis situations such as the evacuation of Lebanon and response to national disasters.  (U.S. EUCOM photo by Texas Army National Guard Master Sgt.
